What to Expect

Once you’ve signed up, a question will be emailed daily through our automated system. You will have multiple opportunities to answer the question and be provided hints to help you succeed. You may use any available resource, including the Internet and study materials. If you answer incorrectly, you can elect to be connected with one of our certified coaches for 1:1 assistance.

Make sure to read the FAQs below for more information.

How to be Succesful

Participants will be most successful by doing two things: consistently answering the daily questions AND taking advantage of the help from our certified coaches. Here are some additional tips that will empower you to maximize your participation in QOTD:

  • Before you answer the question, make sure you fully understand it

  • Look up any words you are unfamiliar with, using any source, including your study materials

  • Use QOTD as a validation tool

FAQs

PROBLEMS RECEIVING EMAILS:

Did you sign up, are within a year of testing, and aren’t receiving Question of the Day (QOTD)? If you are using a work email, please check that your work security settings allow emails from info@qoftheday.net and incoming@qoftheday.net. To do this, we recommend asking your IT department or helpdesk to whitelist our domain, "https://www.qoftheday.net. Your employer puts these protections in place, so they are your best resource for ensuring you get emails from QOTD.

If you still aren’t receiving emails from QOTD after adjusting your work security settings, feel free to contact us via support@qoftheday.net.

PROBLEMS RECEIVING EMAILS:

If your testing window is outside of one year, you won’t be receiving your daily question yet. QOTD is not designed for general education, and the daily questions need to be current to make the most out of your test preparation. Once you are within 1 year of becoming certified, you will begin getting daily emails from QOTD. We look forward to supporting your success on the exam(s)!
